Not my best work, in my opinion. I was trying to be Kate Beaton, and not succeeding, apparently. Maybe i should have picked someone more interesting than Jesse Reno, inventor of the escalator? I dunno. I'll probably give it more thought before i try it again.

I dunno, I thought it was pretty funny...
The only issue I had was that it took me a few seconds to realize there were people down there and not, um, the escalator rails talking to each other.
