Two Poets and a Physicist, part I.

Couple of things. First, this week we are attempting something new here at Blubber Buddies Comics Corporation; that's right, a serialized storyline! Maybe! If i have the attention span.

Secondly, loosely related, this storyline is out of the annals of a series i came up with last year when i was thinking of putting together an actual real webcomic. The basic premise was that William Shakespeare, Albert Einstein, and Edger Allen Poe lived together in San Diego downtown apartment. I played with it for a little while, but i never really ran with it because the best gags had little to do with them being the people they were. That is to say, it really could have been any group of roommates and there would have been little value added to it, save for the sort of "superficial" comedy of ridiculous things happening to historical people. Additionally, i never really got comfortable with Poe's character, and as time went on and i played with it more he phased out almost completely and it became more of a buddy gag-a-day between Einstein and Shakespeare, and except for the funny accents i attempted to impose, was little different than Rob and Elliot. Except generally not as humorous.

Nevertheless, i still enjoy the characters, so seeing as i'm not making an entire webcomic about them, and they are, instead, simply a convenient pair to do a quick story with, here you have them.
